For various reasons we picked house #1. We actually liked house #2 better, but house #1 had a better location, view and some amenities we decided we liked and we decided the house was a better investment.

Wow. That's a hard choice. I like #1 for the back porch and the kitchen. But I like #2's kitchen too.....
